Comiczeal sync keeps crashing my itunes

Every time i try and add comics to my comic zeal it crashes my itunes.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the the app. i've done the same with itunes. i have now updated to ios5, and updated the latest itunes and it's still happening.
I love this app, and don't want to get a new one, but it's currently no good to me as i cant get any new comics on. and dropbox/syncing is too slow with my internet connection.
Please help.

Demetri, Comic Zeal isn't even running when you drop the files into iTunes. Try closing down Comic Zeal through the multitasking panel and see if it still crashes. What happens when you drop files into other apps?

I'm having the same problem.
When the iPad is NOT plugged into the computer, I go to the File Sharing section of iTunes and click on ComicZeal4 under apps. I instantly get a spinning beach ball and iTunes hangs for a long time. Eventually, it MIGHT give me back control, but when I try to add files to ComicZeal, it gives me a "disk not found error".
If I am doing a wired sync, I still get the beach ball, but it resolves after a few seconds and I am able to proceed as normal.
My first thought would be to blame iTunes rather than your app, BUT it only happens when clicking the ComicZeal4 app. Any other functions as normal.

CZ has a lot more files in the documents directory than other apps, I think iTunes is struggling to move the information about the directory from your iPad.
You may have to do wired syncs for your Comic Zeal stuff.

I'm having the exact same problem, and it's really frustrating. I can transfer files into any other app, but iTunes crashes as soon as I select ComicZeal.

Same here. I got it after trying to dump a couple folders at once. I must have gone too fast and now it won't sync at all.

I haven't been having any problems lately. What I have figured out is that when I am wired to iTunes and select comic zeal in my apps, that you have to give it 5-10 minutes for it to recognize and open up the program.
